Im not very motiviated today tbh, I havent got much to do and everyones just slobbing round the house! Tomorrow will be better when I have the school runs to keep me active

Im doing ok hun! Fit in 4 miles cycling yetrday and di a 5k jog in the pouring rain It was so much fun haha!

omg where did you find the time to do that, im lucky to get an hour to myself most days

Well my school runs are a mile each way, so doing that twice a day gives me the 4 miles . So thats cheating a bit haha!!

Im doing the Race for Life on the 27th of this month, so me and Viv (whose a member here but needs to post more ) try and go out as many evenings as we can to do a 5k run. We go out after the kids are in bed

I just noticed your smoking ticker - you'll have to give me some tips! I want to stop, but I tried last month and in just 2 days I managed to pile on 5lbs, and was mortified so started again I just dont want to pile on everything I have already lost!
