Feed you all on £20 for how long??

Well just a heads up on how expensive it gets round here. We get through roughly 9 4 pints of milk a week, plus 3-4 boxes of cereal (and that's just breakfast!!), then prob around 6 loaves of bread a week, 2 litres of squash, 2 packets of ham and 2 of chicken slices, 1 large block of cheese, 1.5kg pasta, 2 jars of pasta sauce, a pack of pastry, 2 packs of mince, 2 cans of tuna, 1/4 large jar mayonnaise, 2.5kg potatoes, 18 yoghurts (for the smalls), pack of frubes (not sure how many in those, 9 I think) for the older 2, 6 pack muller-rice (for me), 1 net of satsumas, 12 apples, 3 broccoli florets, 1 cabbage, 1 bag of carrots, 2 packs of fish fingers, 1 pack of waffles, 1 bag chicken nuggets, 1 jar of marmite and 1 jar of chocolate spread!!!!!!!!!!!

That's one week of food shopping. AND Bren and Shan have school dinners!!!

ok my weigh in today is 12st 13lbs so ive lost a 1lb!

was hoping for more but with the junk in this house and being poorly i suppose its a good start lol!

I now weigh 11 stone 7 pounds, so from last weight check I've lost 6 pounds Smile

Forgot to put it on earlier but my weigh in this morning was 184.4lb (or 13st 2.4lb)

So I've put on 0.4lb Sad

Well I'm gonna keep trying, maybe get some of that tea. I've also had a bad week with late meals and some junk. Plus Aunt Flo is in town at the mo and that never helps.

same here and so with the bloating I'm surprised I haven't gained

Glad to know it isnt just me.

I'm having a really really crap couple of days. I WANNA GO OUT! I WANT ICE CREAM! I WANT JUNK FOOD!!!! And none of it is gonna happen!!! Sad
