Team SkinnieMinnies Weekly Weigh In Thread
Please use this thread to record each persons weigh in weekly.
Weigh ins need to recorded from Monday morning until Wednesday lunch time. Wednesday afternoons are when we will find the Slimmer of the Week, and also find the weeks total.
Every week, your groups weigh ins will be added together to see which team has lost the most weight over the week and to determine which team as a whole wins the weekly weigh in!
Any questions, please ask!!
First team weigh in will commence from Monday 7th June

Wooooooo!! Go Team SkinnieMinnies!!!
Right, so team, as you know I'm Rachel. I currently weigh 13st 6lb, and have actively been trying to lose weight for a week now. I only lost 1lb last week tho (starting weight was 13st 7lb), but that's better than gaining!!! I am keeping a weight loss diary in the Diary section, so that I can keep track of what I am eating, how much I'm drinking, how far I walk each day etc etc. I'm gonna start that again properly on Monday, seeing as that's when we start, so I'll have a new starting weight.
My ideal goal is to get down to what I was when I first met Dave (10st), but after 3 kids I'm not sure that's possible unless I starve myself!!!! So I'm setting my goal at 11st as I think I would be happy with that. If I lose any more than that then I consider it a bonus!! So I've got 2st 6lb to lose, or 34lb if you work better in lb! I will be weighing myself in the lb setting on my scales, as that does part pounds too (ie 188.2lb, rather than just 13st 7lb which is what it says on the st setting because that doesnt count part pounds)
Look forward to hearing about your weight loss goals etc xx

Oops!
Do what I'm doing hun, do it tomorrow morning, after toilet and before breakfast, in just undies, as that gets the most accurate reading.

Ok my weigh in this morning was 13st 2lb, or 184lb
So I have maintained. Which is better than a gain, but worse than a loss
Got to try harder next week!!!

Re: Team SkinnieMinnies Weekly Weigh In Thread
Totally does!
I mean in our local shop 4 chicken breasts cost you £10! And with my family I need 6 at least!!
You know what we had last night? Mince fajitas!! Just used mince instead of chicken cos the mince was on offer 2 500g packs for £5, plus a couple of fajita kits. So I did a full dinner for me, Dave and the kids for under £10
